Ho cominciato il mio percorso con Alkaven per debellare la candida e imparare a mangiare in modo consapevole e corretto. Sono ancora nel percorso, ma finora mi son trovata divinamente sia con Irene, che è molto scrupolosa e professionale, che con me stessa. Abbinare la dieta al proprio sentire è ciò di cui tutti avremmo bisogno e Alkaven punta proprio a questo. Consiglio questo percorso a chiunque, perché ognuno di noi ha bisogno di connettere la propria pancia alla propria mente, ma soprattutto al cuore.

I love seeing my clients achieving their goals and be in control of their health without relying on medications.

10 years ago I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and after refusing all the medical treatments, I took ownership of my health and responsibility for my healing. I studied Hygiene and Nutrition where I learnt how the body functions and how to use food as medicine. I successfully overcame the disease and found myself mentally and physically better than before!
Beside it has been the most transformative and rewarded journey of my life, sometimes I felt I wanted to have a coach supporting me and my decision.
I want to be that coach for you.

My client choose me because my holistic approach is life-based and grounded in science. I can relate to what they go through because I went through by self first. The roller coaster of emotions, doubts, hopes, fears, confusion..I know everything about make a realistic sustainable change happens !

Yes, I prefer to provide my services online, through zoom or teams call. I provide my number as well, and phone call can be provided, with highly suggestion for video call. This help the coach and the patient to connect and open up in a safe enviroment.

I don't see them in person, so this has never been an issue. If a customer wants to see me in person, I would use the protective rules in place, like the mask and clean my hands.

Learning play a pivotal role when it comes to achieving goals and sustain them on a long road.
