What inspired you to start your own business?
There is limited Leadership support for small businesses. As a previous Learning and Development Manager I know, first-hand, how expensive accessing quality learning resources can be. Most providers cater for the top-dogs and multi-national clients, meaning their services are often out of reach for smaller organisations.
My business model? The same high-quality learning interventions and coaching at a fraction of the cost. I bring the 'best in class' approaches from the world's leading financial organisations and bring them to small and agile businesses looking to go from 'good to great'.
