My dear friend had started to become a little unsure of things and was getting confused and forgetful at times. We became worried about what might happen to her as she lives alone and is a fiercely independent woman who knows what she wants! Alina Homecare have given her the opportunity for her independent life, as they make sure that her day-to-day needs are met. They are very attentive ladies, professional, kind, and considerate. They make sure that medication is administered first and foremost and this has helped tenfold. They are respectful to the needs of my friend, whilst not being pushy or condescending. All in all, having Alina Homecare take care of my friend, whilst I and others can't, is a great reassurance and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for care and support. The service has been excellent. All of the carers have been very professional and the standard of care has been tremendous and I cannot fault it.

Tremendously impressed and happy with the professional level of care provided. All the carers who come to help Mum are always so positive and upbeat and happy.
They clearly have a passion for their work and are confident and efficient in carrying out their tasks. Nothing is too much bother and nothing goes unnoticed or is too much trouble to mention. Their level of detail is reassuring and communication between us and all the carers is brilliant.
They are such a support to us as we care for Mum in our own home as well as Mum-in-law! We couldn't do it without their help. Would highly recommend (and have) them to others searching for assistance too.

I am very happy with Alina Homecare. The carers are extremely good with
my husband, and he feels very comfortable with them and really enjoys their company.
I feel I can safely leave him in their care, which means I can enjoy a little respite. The management team are also very good. I have at various times asked for a change of hours or days and have been accommodated without a problem.

I am extremely happy with the excellent level of care my mum receives twice a day from Alina Homecare. The carers are kind, friendly, hard-working and go above and beyond to ensure Mum is well cared for by them all. They brighten up her day, I know she looks forward to seeing them every day. Put simply, the whole of the Alina Homecare Towbridge team, carers and management alike, have been fantastic. the carers are reliable, caring, thoughtful and supportive of Mum. She would not have been so independent in her own home for so long without her 'friends'. The management team are efficient, effective and reliable, and can always be called upon in an emergency or crisis. Living some distance from Mum, it was extremely reassuring to know she was being looked after so well. Excellent level of care. All the Alina Homecare carers we've had have been very diligent and have helped to take a lot of weight off me when caring for my father (who has Parkinson's and probably dementia). They're all polite and pleasant and got to know what he does and doesn't like very quickly, and they take notes for every visit to state what they did and whether they noticed any problems. Emails from the company are always prompt and they make it easy to book extra hours for hospital visits, etc. as long as you let them know in advance too. More...
