What inspired you to start your own business?
As a nurse working in NHS, I have observed and realised that there is a need of support in community. My goal is to support as many clients as possible to stay in their comfort of their homes and receive the care and support they need to meet their day to day living demands.

The Managers of Alie Limited have a combined experience of over 15 years within the healthcare sector including hospitals, nursing/residential homes and domiciliary. The directors and management includes nurses, a medical doctor, radiographer, psychologist, and accountants. The wealth of knowledge we have ensures that we draw from past experience and current knowledge to provide the best service available and to ensure that we recruit appropriate trained and knowledgeable staff.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
-Our staff members had infection control training.
-Sufficient cleaning controls for particular areas and circumstances is provided
-Personal protective equipment is provided
-Ensure any workers who have symptoms of COVID-19 self-isolate immediately
- Staff to taks lateral flow tests once twice per week and also we have Covid 19 Policy in place and guideline.
Domiciliary care and supported living
Alie Limited will provide a wide range of services to support individuals to live independently as possible in the confines of their homes. We will provide personal, domestic and social support services, as required, to meet the needs of individual clients. This will encompass privacy, choice, dignity, fulfilment, rights and choice. Our carers will provide care and support to the following:
