How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Measure the head height. The minimum height you need for a loft conversion is 2.2 metres. Run a tape measure from the floor to the ceiling at the tallest part of the room. If it's 2.2 metres or more, your loft should be tall enough to convert.

3) Existing and proposed drawings;
4) Site and Block plans;
5) Submission to the local council and management of your planning application until approval;
6) We offer a fixed fee and do not charge for revisions;

Structural Drawings and Calculations
We work with a team of engineers based in Brighton. For every project they will provide for you:
- Site visit to inspect the existing structure;
- Structural drawings and calculations for Building Control approval/ Part A;
Building Control application
We will assist you and the builder to apply and submit for Building Control all necessary documents and forms.
