I’ve been good friends with Alex for a while and he’s also trained me over a period of several months. The best part about Alex’s regime of training is that he’s always coming to me with new information, new developments to train more effectively and as a result, I’ve seen improvements and enjoyed training in a way I didn’t used to think was possible.

Started learning to box with Alex about 2 years ago out of curiosity. His training has been so excellent I’m still going! He is super passionate about boxing technique and new moves . The sessions have gone beyond boxing and engaged in conditioning your full body for strengthening, flexibility and all round good health and healthy practices. I am continually astounded by the amount of knowledge in Alex's brain about boxing, boxers and all things boxing/exercise/nutrition related. He is incredibly motivating, kind and caring and I have lots of fun in his coaching sessions. I have spent my adult life looking for 'my' exercise, and Alex has made boxing that thing. I provide a carefully curated plan best suited to their indivual needs and goals. I keep them accountable and prove a clear path to achieving these goals and helping them achieve constant wins and push their goals further and further forward.

The answer is simple, but not always easy. Id say the first rule is to not exercise for looks but to train for yourself. With our training, an athletic physique is achieved as a by product of real training.

I love helping people achieve their goals and push the boundaries of what they thought they cohld achieve. I have seen people change more than just their physique but their approach to life in general! Priceless!

Learn the art of boxing. As a boxer myself and lover of the sweet science, I pride myself on teaching effective boxing techniques and my clients learning how to box with skill and proficiency. I am not a boxercise trainer. You will too fall in love with the oldest and purest sport on the planet!

As a sports scientist and a keen researcher, my other passion is helping people improve their quality of life.

Our sessions can be tailored to whatever your goals/needs are. Goals can range from recovering from injury to improving strength and mobility and everything else in between. My programming can be completely tailored to your specific needs and goals.
