We provide personal care support, bespoke to each individual client who uses our services.
Medication Administration and Healthcare Support
We are able to support clients with medication needs.
We can provide a prescription delivery service, reordering of medication when required to ensure you never run short of your medication.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our clients receive appropriate medical attention required, we will contact healthcare professionals on our clients behalf to book, organise or request appointments.
We can support our clients with attending healthcare appointments, organising transport, accompanying clients to their appointments, and chasing follow up as needed.
Companionship
We offer a service, designed to reduce social isolation.
You may live alone, or have a loved one that requires full time assistance.
We are able to offer brief respite, social interaction ensuring if you need to leave a loved one so you can get your weekly shopping, or run errands, or just to take a few hours to yourself, we will provide the support required.
We dont just care for the client, but the clients supporting network.
If you live alone, or have a loved one who lives alone, we can provide companionship in any form, supporting the individual to participate in community based activities, lunch clubs, outings, most importantly conversation!
We live in a diverse and multicultural society, and feel in order for a person to experience the best quality of life, they should have the support to access and engage with their faith and way of life.
Elderly Support
As a service we work within the community to enhance the lives of individuals over 65 years of age.
There may be physical or mental health needs, and our aim is for each individual to have access to all services and support that they want and need to reach their full potential, without compromising their lifestyles or beliefs.
