Paying 165 pound expected a better hair cut which is nothing more than a complete mess my friend cant believe it was cut it was my first time and last the colour was fine but cut is absolutely auful and that was a senior stylist I may say

I had my first visit with Karena in February and she was fabulous. I have been unhappy with my hair for years, with the bayalage never quite right. She really listened to what I was looking for and took so much time getting the detail of my colour and cut done. I absolutely love my hair now! There was an initial issue with my hair being balayaged uneven and being cut squint, which was not ideal. However, I contacted the salon and they replied within a few hours inviting me for a hair consultation. They swiftly resolved the errors with my hair and Kirsty did an amazing job of my balayage on my second visit. I will most likely visit the salon and Kirtsy again. Thank you for fixing my hair! I love this salon, ever so professional and lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable, Graeme has cut and coloured my hair twice now, and both times I have absolutely loved the final result. I always leave here with an amazing experience and I can gladly say I'm a loyal customer, I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my hair. Looking forward to my cut and blow dry with the ever lovely and totally professional Graeme this evening. I have followed Graeme (not in a Harvey Weinstein stalker way) but in a way that when Graeme first cut my hair in a well known west end hairdressers, I followed him as a client to his current salon. His consultation is always in depth, his attention to detail when cutting is impressive, Graeme attention to colour and the finished results is on point and always a beautiful finish. Beautiful salon with such a good vibe and lovely staff. I travel from Belfast to get my hair cut and coloured by Graeme, would trust him with anything, he takes time to make sure you’re getting what you want and what suits you. He’s so honest and has plenty of ideas to keep it fresh!
