I first had contact with Alex of AL Mortgage Solutions around two years ago when I was initially looking to get a mortgage, however due to personal circumstances I couldn't proceed at the time. From my original consultation with Alex I distinctly remembered how everything was comprehensively explained to me and how well articulated it was, without being patronising or overbearing. For someone like myself who is a first time buyer and slightly intimidated by financial/property matters and lexicon, this came as a huge relief.Safe to say that when I had finally found a property that I liked and was ready to get a mortgage, I had no hesitation in seeking further advice from Alex. Alex has access to some of the best deals available that I wouldn't have found elsewhere and I am very happy with the mortgage that was acquired for me. I honestly can't fault anything or any aspect of the service I received. Everything was made so easy for me from start to finish and nothing was ever too much trouble, Alex was always on hand in responding to any queries and resolving any potential problems. This made the process so much more efficient, as buying a house and getting a mortgage is known for being one of the most stressful times in life. Alex took on my so call “complex” case with confidence and determination, which is everything you want in the person guiding and supporting you. Not only did he work promptly, he took great care in keeping me informed and updated on the process so I was never left in the dark.
