Great service and very good quality job

I am glad that I found him through Bark and got work done by his company. Kamran is a very honest person and above all very professional. He will give you sincere advice when it comes to the selection of stone/driveway color/pattern.

My site was a construction site, full of mess including, timber, old kitchen, rubble, metal, and lot more on site. He visited the site and did measurements which he was not able to do accurately due to the messy site and waste everywhere and a skip on site.

He gave me quote on the same day within 2 hours and agreed to start work after 1 week. He was on-site at 7 am with his hardworking team and spent all 1st day clearing my site. He is a perfectionist which goes in the client's favor as he tries his best to get the site in the best state even before he starts his work.

Once site was clear he started laying the sandstone patio on back and made 3 steps please note patio size was 100+ meter square which he under-measured in start but he did not stop work and continued laying it. He bought my site back to its original state as I showed him in pictures which I could'nt believe.

He then started with block paving on driveway which was roughly 250 meter square and completed job in 5 days which was remarkable and amazing. My whole neighborhood got amazed and shocked by his speed and professionalism.

He kept clearing the site and kept taking waste until the last day and completely changed overall look of my site.

He gave me a very reasonable quote and did not demand for any advance money and as he progressed we realized that job is bigger than what was expected but he continued working and completed the site as agreed in start regardless of site being bigger than what was measured.

Not only this he also helped me with other work of house like referred very good and professional tiler whose quote was cheapest amongst others, he also helped me in fixing my 6 fence panels and only charged me for material and 1 day labor of £200 so I also saved money there. He referred me few other people as well for inside work as I was doing a huge extension.

In short I am very glad that I met Kamran and given the contract to him for my landscaping.

I posted my driveway and private communal road block re-paving job due to drainage issue at Bark on 16th January. AKC Landscaping was the first one reached me out and offer a visit the very next day. Kamran checked the site and gave me a few options and answered my questions at the spot so I understood their pros and cons. And he gave me a quote right away. The quote may not be the lowest, but I found it definitely worth the hassle-free experience. He gave me the schedule and constantly kept me posted; before and during the work. His team was swift and efficient, and able to deliver quality works as planned. This is of paramount importance because the private road is communal, any re-paving or digging work would affect neighbours' access. Kamran's team was able to shorten this to a morning as planned such that I could keep my promise among neighbours. Really no complaint!! Within 4 days (23rd-26th January), I got my driveway and private communal road re-paved, plus additional works (soakaway, channel drain and re-turf) requested after the job commenced.
