AK Decorations quoted for an insurance job. The insurance company discussed the quote with them and agreed the price. AK Decoration gave a start date for mid week 13 March . Two days before the start date they cancelled the job, failed to cancel the scaffolding. No reason given - don't touch them with a barge pole! More...

From the start of asking for a quote to paint the exterior of my house Ashley kept me updated at all times reference start date, erecting of scaffolding and sent me a very professional quote detailing what work he will be carrying out. Ashley and Shane are highly professional in all they do, they went above and beyond in painting the exterior of my house. They kept their working areas clean and tidy throughout the day, and at the end of the working day their work gear was staked neat and tidy in my back garden. The guys were prompt, friendly and highly professional in their Work. Ashley was very accommodating with delays from other trades as we have to change the dates a couple of times but Ashley was very understanding. One of the biggest positives about the way Ashley operates is that he responds quickly to calls and texts - how many in the trade leave you waiting until you have to chase them, or just give up? He is also punctual, works tidily and asks for feedback. The feedback I gave him after the initial exterior decoration was that it was little rushed in places, so why five stars? Because he listened and accepted this, and came back the next day to rectify it. The job now looks great.
