Came at arranged time. Let me know when they couldn't come because of weather. Friendly. Explained what they were doing. Even though the original quote ended up being more, the reasons for this were explained (with photos where I couldn't see the area of the roof) and I was given options along the way, and I felt that it was better to get the job done properly rather than just a 'make do and mend'. Alec arrived promptly as stated looked at gutters priced the job and got on with it no mess cleaned up as he went friendly and obliging also found broken tile I had spare so fixed it had no problems with his work would recomend
