I had booked with a local company in November ready for my mum's 70th birthday on 9th February. We had over 60 guests due to attend at my home and needed the additional space. However, the day before the party the local company cancelled due to bad weather and we were devastated. We had family and friends coming from all over the country and many had already travelled up and were staying overnight on the Friday ready for the party the next day. My husband and I spent that morning ringing round many companies in the hope that someone would be able to help. John was amazing. He came out to visit us this same day at 1pm and organised the marquee straight away. His lads arrived at half eight the next morning and put the marquee up, along with the beautiful lighting, tables, chairs, carpeted flooring and heating within an hour all ready for our guests arriving at 1pm. I cannot thank John and his team enough for saving my mums party and all of our guests commented on how amazing the marquee was. I can't understand how previous customers can give this company less than five stars?!!The marquee that I had was fabulous; the customer service excellent; the workforce professional and polite. Every guest commented on how impressed they were with the marquee, decor and extras ( fridges, dance floor, chair covers, table cloths etc.).I have booked again for a forthcoming birthday, as have two of my friends!Did previous customers actually receive a marquee?
