My experience of working within the health and social care sector and the determination and drive to provide a service that is not all talk, but most importantly reliable and that values its employees.

Our services are only provided remotely from the comfort of the individuals home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Continuous monitoring and testing continues. Collaborative partnership with the NHS and the Department of Public Health has proven to be a positive partnership for us, as we are alerted and supported to put measures in place before any confirmed cases which reduces any cases. We continuously provide our employees with complimentary Personal Protective Equipment and have plenty of stock to hand as and when an employee requires them.
Personal Care
We will visit you at home at agreed times of the day, or in some cases will provide care over the entire 24-hour period. You will pay an hourly rate for this service.
According to your own needs, our qualified and tried staff will help and support you with:
– Getting in and out of bed
– Bathing
– Getting dressed/undressed
– Going to the toilet
– Pad change
Our services are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) to ensure the highest standard of care for our service users.
Medication Administration & Support
We can help with a range of medication tasks. We can take full control of your medication needs or simply just remind you to take your medication. We can provide a routine medication collection service so that you never miss any important medication.
Domestic / Cleaning Services
Our Domestic / Cleaning service is a comprehensive service that helps you with all manners of day-to-day tasks, from doing the laundry to washing the pots and everything in between.
Health & Welfare Check
Health and Welfare Service – Whether it is for your own piece of mind or for a friend or loved one, we can regularly check in as frequently as you wish. We can keep families informed or they can contact us by post, telephone, or email.
Nutrition / Meal Prep Support
Our Nutrition Service provides both assistance and support with meal preparations as well as checks to ensure that meals have been provided and consumed. We ensure that meals and fluids are provided in accordance to the individual’s needs, wishes including religious needs. Our nutrition service is also linked to our Shopping & Chaperoned Service, which is one of our popular and most wanted services. For nutritional advice and support we have our qualified dietitian at hand who is more than happy to support any guide you through any nutritional advice you need for your meals and drinks.
Shopping & Chaperoned Service
Our Shopping & Chaperoned Service we can order, collect, or take and put away your shopping for you. You can also provide us with your shopping list, or we can assist and support you in creating one. If you need someone to attend any of your appointments with you, our chaperoned service does just that. Supporting you to your appointments, social events, family events or even on short breaks away.
Mobility Support
Anyone who is living with reduced mobility and may need some assistance in completing day-to-day tasks on their own. Perhaps you’re using a wheelchair or remain in bed while you’re recovering from a fall or an illness, or you’re living with a neurological or joint condition? Regardless of the circumstances, A.J. – Northern Blitz Limited, can support you to regain as much mobility as possible while remaining comfortable in your own home.
