What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients and their growing teams move away from the spreadsheets, they used when they first got started, to instead enthusiastically using the new software I've custom built for their business and their processes is tremendously satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2000, whilst working for the UK Ministry of Defence, the aircraft manufacturer Airbus asked for a copy of a database which I had built for the nations buying their new military transport aircraft (the A400M Atlas). If it was good enough for the eight nations and Airbus I thought I might have a promising future in database and software development. I haven't looked back since going self-employed in 2006.
