Jay was amazing - I had a group of juvenile rats living under my kitchen sink that I discovered at 10pm on a Sunday evening - (I thought it was just one rat! !). I went to google and out my name, number and issue out, Jay called me straight away and put me at ease.

Jay came over next day at 1pm, it was urgent and he could hear I was stressed.
He explained everything thoroughly and is amazing!! He then came back a week later to fill the holes.

Jay at AimtoKill was brilliant. Within a few days of contacting him, he visited and completed a thorough removal of the flea infestation in our home. We only had to remain out of the house for 4 hours and he made the whole process so easy. It has been a week since the visit and there has been no flea activity so we are very happy. Jay was an absolute superstar!
I have worked in large scale companies and can find it difficult now as a small business operator to find the same level of service, but we were treated as though we was a high priority big business and got better service than I have recieved from larger, well known pest control companies in the past.
Literally came in, surveyed and gave us a great price that we snapped up (which included a free revisit), came back for a check up - which actually wasn't needed as he literally had it all done that first day. He has also proceeded to check in and provide fantastic aftercare .
We have now made them our main contractor for pests for the site and another site that is due to open in a few month. 100% recommended More...

He was understanding and informative from just making enquiries and no pressure to book with him, unlike another company that tried to use scare tactics to get me to use them and pressure to book there and then. Mices problem, called in the professional to deal with the issues. We're are really pleased with his knowledge, patience, understandings and confidence to resolve this problem. On time and able to pin points the entry of the mice into the property. Very observant his in your property and wear cover for his shoes before entry.
