Perfectly named, ahisma yoga is a urban haven away from the busy life and streets of Edinburgh. Peaceful, calm and gentle where you can feel comfortable to move the way you need to to release stress and reset the nervous system. And Lauren voice is a dream to listen to!! Recommended. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I do something for me now which has always been a passion. I’m so glad to have left the corporate legal world behind
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in the legal profession feeling underwhelmed, overwhelmed and everything in between I embarked on my 200hr yoga teacher training. At 33 I decided it was time to do something for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate and hard working, I put my heart and soul in to all that I do and believe that everyone can do yoga and benefit from it. No need to touch your toes or pull any fancy moves. An hour in child’s pose is still yoga if you concentrate on your breathing and how you feel
