Team arrived on time and ready to go for our end of tenancy clean for our 3 bed townhouse. We arrived back 5 hours later to a different house. Honestly these guys worked their absolute socks off for us.The oven looked like new as did the fridge. The carpets and floors looked amazing. End of tenancy clean: landlord happy.

The team were great! I had spoken to them previously around a deep clean as we recently purchased a property however decided to delay as did a fair amount of work.

Once completed we decided to use them to clean the whole property. They were great from the get go, we’re really helpful and clear as to what they provide as a service.

We held a house party the night before so the house was a little messy (but not that bad) and they came in the following day and did a fantastic job.

They removed the limescale we had on our matt black shower tray and and sink. The bathroom looked brand new, totally clean!

The kitchen was cleaned and look

Agno Cleaning cleaned my new home before moving in and have cleaned years of limescale from all the bathrooms, shampooed the carpets and scrubbed the double oven so it looks (nearly) new. They did a walk round at the start and end of the job to make sure we were happy, turned up on time, finished on time and called to warn me 20 mins before they were going to finish so I could come back from work. Couldn't recommend Agno enough. They responded quickly to a last-minute end of tenancy request and were flexible with our budget. Overall they provided a top service and the house was left near spotless. They did accidentally miss one cupboard and caused a small amount of damage, which we only noticed after they'd left. But once we noticed, they organised someone from their team to clean the cupboard the next day and hired a separate company to fix the damage (also completed the next day). They may be slightly more expensive than their competitors but I would say that it's well worth it as you can trust their professionalism and integrity. We had a great experience with Mariane and Michael, and Agno would be our top choice if we needed another end of tenancy clean. More...
