We understand that for most people, this will be the first time that they have engaged an architect and this can be a useful way to explore your ambitions and decide if we are the right fit for you.
Full Design Service
We provide a full design service following the industry-standard Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work. During this service, we are involved from inception to completion, ensuring that the outcome matches up to the initial vision. This includes Planning Permission and Building Warrant.
The RIBA Plan of Work is a framework for all parties involved and allows us to chart progress and expectations during specific sections of the project.
