What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I know I will make a positive difference to peoples lives at which is probably the most difficult time for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When looking at the industry, I was staggered at the cost some companies were charging.
By offering a professional service over the phone, I found we could reduce these costs substantially whilst keeping the quality high.
