What do you love most about your job?
Nothing gives me more joy than seeing the smile on my client's faces or the excitement in their voices when I give them the news of a mortgage offer. Nothing beats that feeling and that is why I always do my utmost best to get the deal done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When a friend of mine applied for a mortgage directly with a high street lender and was declined for a reason which at the time, didn't make sense to me. I later found out it was a matter of policy and my friend should have applied with a different lender from the start. I pointed him in the right direction and he got the mortgage. It was at that point I knew I'd be good at this.

Because I'm brilliant at what I do and I treat every deal/ application as if it were my own.

My services are mainly online but I am also able to travel to client's homes and any location convenient to them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Strict adherence to covid 19 protocols. 2 metre rule, hand sanitizer, face mask etc. Also, no unnecessary physical contact as my services can be delivered effectively from remote locations.
