Hello, my name is Adrian. I am psychotherapist, trained in Transactional Analysis from an Integrative perspective.

I have had a passion for mental well being for 18 years. I believe a safe, non-judgemental environment helps create a foundation for us to grow and heal in. I work to offer a compassionate atmosphere, and to work at a pace suited to your individual needs.

I offer a relational approach, working together to find what best suits you, and help you with your mental well being. I currently work with day to day challenges, depression, anxiety,
