We have been in the business for 6 years, individually creating care plans and support for client's and their families.

What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy providing a quality service for clients who require that extra attention, support and companionship. The small support given provides could make the most difference to many affected by circumstances that are not in ones control.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working many years within the health and social care settings, I understood the needs for vulnerable adults. I wanted to use my expertise and knowledge and experience to make those changes. My empathy extended to want to provide the best compassionate care to those who are need.

We are well trained and skilled healthcare professionals who are passionate to bridge the gap between those who wish to live in the comfort of their own homes but need extra assistance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We aim to continuously treat our clients in a safe and secure environments, ensuring standards to reduce harm. We are aware our clients are highly vulnerable so we will minimise harm and transmission of COVID-19. All of our professionals will adhere to infection control guidance and testing policy and procedures.
Visiting Care
Meeting the care demands depending on when it is needed. It can vary from one hour a week, to daily help. We provide care with daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, administering medication and social visits. We take pride in assisting vulnerable adults in several ways to promote compassionate support and care.
Personal Care
Our home care service plans are tailored to each persons unique needs. Our highly skilled health and social care professionals can lessen the difficulties that have risen as a result of minor injuries or long term conditions. Our plans include all elements of personal hygiene such as washing and grooming, dressing and preparing for the day and continence management. We can also provide rehabilitation support where appropriate for those who need support to get back into independent living.
Housekeeping
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home for our clients and their respective families. We provide numerous housekeeping duties such as cleaning the property, hoovering, laundry, ironing etc. We support our clients with shopping and other social needs that help sustain a home.
Companionship
We help with physical and emotional support, demonstrating compassionate care to help individuals achieve their full potential. We promote independence, building on clients confidence, and their improving life skills through social and community interaction.
This help can be provided by escorting clients to outings, appointments, and other events as and when required. We can help support scheduled appointments e.g. doctor, hospital, district nurse, plumber, gasman, cinema, theater, social visits and more.
