We hired ADM Studio during the Building Regulations Stage for our project as planning was done by another architect and they were not great at communicating with us. We wanted some alterations to the drawings and ADM submitted the Non-Material Amendment which was approved. Party Wall agreements were put into place and our neighbour was not easy to work with but ADM and the Party Wall surveyor assured the neighbour with any concerns they had. The communication was very professional and we are now half way through the build stage with no site related issues. We have regular visits from ADM to check the progress of the work and if work is getting done according to the issued drawings. We can not recommend them enough as this progress without them would of been very stressful. Thank you for all the help and we look forward to seeing the end result. More...

Hired ADM for a single story rear extension and some internal alterations. From the off ADM was very helpful and very attentive, communication was excellent and calls and messages were responded to promptly. There fees were also very reasonable. Plans were revised until we were happy and ADM submitted the planning application on our behalf, which made the process considerably easier. I would highly recommend ADM Studio's services. More...

ADM Studio was appointed on our Design & Build project. They provided a tailored bespoke service which was to our needs. We decided to go with them after our site consultation and their design input. They carried out their planning and building regulations services to a high professional standard and to the agreed time frame. They also appointed an experienced contractor to carry out the building work and manage the whole process. The end result is a finished building which has raised our standard of living but also enhanced our growing family.
