Adicare was created because we wanted to make a difference in our local community, by providing a high quality of care service to those in need.
I worked alongside some care agencies and witnessed some good and some very bad practices. I saw carers being treated without respect for what they do and paid poorly. I have reached a point where I was so frustrated by not being able to change the culture as I've had little autonomy.

I worked with some fantastic people who did some amazing work in supporting individuals into their own homes but it was time for me to make a step forward , so I decided that setting up my own care agency was where I could do my best work. Now, I can support the customers to get the best possible care and support, person centred plus I can ensure that the supporting staff team are all well trained, valued and respected for the amazing job they do day by day.

At Adicare, we recognise that everyone and their own needs are individual. Our homecare services are entirely bespoke and designed around you as an individual. Whether you need support once a week or several times a day, our services are always tailored to you. It’s your home, your life, your choice!

Spending time matching the right carers with the right customers creates a comfortable relationship that works best. Working closely with each individual ensures we make person centred care plans, maintain privacy and dignity and show respect in everything we do. We know that our carers can make a genuine difference to our client’s lives, particularly when family can’t be there, we can provide much needed companionship and social interaction, as well as professional, practical support.

We provide fully trained and experienced care staff to help give the best support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. All our carers undergo a rigorous selection process and are chosen only if they demonstrate what we believe to be the highest moral standards and the ability to care for people in professional and non intrusive way.

Whether you need our help for 30 minutes each week or 24 hours a day for 365 days a year, you can expect the same level of service from us. All our plans suit your needs with careful tailoring.

We do provide homecare services including live -in care.

During the pandemic situation, it is important that we continue to provide care services for all our customers.
We have followed the government guideliness, redone our internal risk assessment, free PPE to all our staff, COVID training and communication with our customers.
