ADHD, in general, is poorly understood, but this course has been carefully designed by someone who has it - which is really important. The modules are comprehensive; with practical techniques to overcome the key challenges (impulsivity, self-compassion etc) and clear insights into how the ADHD brain actually works. Sue is a fantastic yoga teacher who shows an indepth knowledge of Yoga which I highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting Yoga or interested in meditation and mindfulness techniques. Sue has a passion for yoga and meditation and great communications skills which makes yoga easily accessible to all ages and abilities. When I attended my first online one to one session with Sue I was impressed by how professional and in a friendly manor Sue clearly explained everything. From understanding what I wanted to get out of the classes and my previous Yoga experience, Sue thoughtfully constructed a bespoke plan going forward to help me reach my goals. I've been taking love & kindness meditation and Monday mindfulness sessions via Satori online. During the love & kindness session, besides of practicing love & kindness meditation, I also learned some Buddhism teachings and reflections. The Monday mindfulness sessions are well prepared and include deep teachings from different topics each week. I have learned to be more present and more compassionate to myself and others. Almost every morning for the last four months I have been joining Sue Hart at 8am for Love & Kindness Meditation. These free sessions are highly recommended. Sue leads a small group through a 20 minute meditation via zoom. I have definitely seen an improvement in in my state of mind and wellbeing. Sue is an incredibly generous teacher who guides you perfectly; not only during meditation but also on mindfulness and Buddhas' teachings. There are science backed reasons to try Love & Kindness Meditation which focuses on developing feelings of goodwill, kindness and warmth towards others. Today was our first class - My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed the class on Zoom, and I did some of it with her too! I am keep for my daughter to practice Yoga & Meditation to help her learn how to switch off from the crazy busy world we live in today, but I was really pleased with how Sue was able to keep her attention for the whole lesson. At the end my daughter asked if we could do it everyday! You don't get much higher praise than that! More...

Services

Satori provides mindfulness courses on a one to one basis to develop the skill of mindfulness. Online sessions are held at your convienence and track your progression as you develop. Maybe it is time to go inside and really learn how to meditate?

Satori offers one to one classes online for those wanting to further their yoga practice. Through signing up it includes an induction form to find out what your objectives are and then the 60 minute session is designed specifically to meet those objectives.

The sessions are held at a time that suits you rather than on the published schedule. Support materials are provided after the class and on going progress checks are conducted.

Satori offers a range of online classes from yin yoga, kundalini yoga to gentle yoga. Please check out the website for more information on the times etc.

Satori offers a range of online minduflness classes from mindful running, breathing, walking to understanding how to be more mindful with money too. Please check out the website for more information on the times etc.

Celebrating ADHD offers a unique group and one to one life coaching service. The service also gives you access to Satori's mindfulness training too. Ideal for someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD or is suffering from the symptoms of ADHD.

Satori offers coaching on mindfulness which can focus on life issues that come up. It is transformative coaching and client led.
