How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Its very simple. I help my clients fall in love with the process of becoming fitter and healthier and the goals take care of themselves.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Clear goals. Visualise, visualise, visualise and manifest what it is you exactly want and then make that your reason to keep working out. What you eat, how much you eat are a big part of creating the body of your dreams. I educate my clients on nutrition so they can keep the knowledge and put it into action in their own lives.
Carefully programmed sessions are also vital for making sure that the body is being overloaded in the areas that it needs to be, in order to induce the appropriate growth in the muscles.
Accountability and careful reminders of your direction help to keep you on track and that is all managed through my state of the art fitness app (or by paper if you're not tech-savvy).
What do you love most about your job?
I left the corporate world to re-train in Personal Training , Counselling and Life Coaching because I truly believe that the power for transformational changes in human beings come through a process of exercise and talking about our mental health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having recovered from drug addiction in my twenties, I wanted to pursue what I was really passionate about and fitness for me, completely turned my own life around. I left the corporate world after 10 years of working as a Financial Advisor and Pensions Consultant to pursue my passions in life.
Counselling and Life Coaching is such an important practice as well because humans tend to internalise their thought processes and Life Coaching can be incredibly powerful for those that want to live their life to its fullest.
Combining Life, Fitness and Finance coaching under one practice, combines all my professional qualifications and passion for helping others.

Passion and purpose to get you the results you want is what Addicted2Life is all about. I have been through the process of losing over 5 stone in weight, putting muscle on and using fitness for sport-specific functionality (golf) so I can coach my clients based on experience.

If you want to Lose Weight, Gain Muscle, Improve Strength or work towards a sport-specific goal, then you can benefit from a monthly subscription of 1,2 or 3 times a week.
Nutrition guidance is offered on packages for 2,3 or more training sessions per week.
