What do you love most about your job?
Genuinely, it's helping people. It sounds like a cliche these days but I stand by it. I am proud that we've been able to create easy ways to access high quality solicitors and extended legal support when people need the help and at a price that is accessible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a very clear idea around the level of customer experience I wanted to offer and didn't believe I could find a firm that would commit to it. People are at the centre of our business whether they are clients or team members.
