What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to help people! This makes me very happy.

My father had a small business and I grew up around that and I liaise with business owners all the time. I know their daily struggles and the kind of problems they face financially, so being able to find solutions and to help them grow their businesses is a great feeling for me.

On the property funding side of my job, I get to help developers and investors to complete their projects and when you see the end result and how its helped the community in that area, its an amazing feeling to know that I have been part of completing that development.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Previously I spent years as a City professional working for large international firms. Whilst I am very grateful for the career I have previously had and I wouldn't change the experience and the training which has helped to mould my work ethics of today, I always wanted to have my own business and do something that I can build upon for myself and to feel proud with my values and with what I have achieved.

Why should our clients choose you?

Client's should choose me because I care about them and will always do the best for them. Whatever my clients' needs are whether its a large development project or whether its a small business loan, I will always treat them with the utmost respect and fairness.

My consultations are free and without obligation, I see my clients through every step of the way to make sure that they are well looked after throughout the process. I operate a 'no funds no fee' policy and I do not take commitment fees either.

At Acumen Finance we have access to over 250 lenders and have access to 'the current market rates'. Initially, I can quickly complete an assessment and find the best solution and provide indicative terms for my client to consider.
