We believe in engaging and getting consent from the individuals we support to enable us to provide person centred care.
Providing person centred care to service users and ensuring they are supported to maintain their independence best as they reasonably can, while also treating them with dignity and respect.

We are driven to ensuring we provide person centred care, and support clients to meet their needs.
We listen to the clients and work collaboratively with their families and other professionals to ensure the the Clients support needs are met accordingly.
Our staff are highly skilled and trained to ensure they provide care of a high standard and management also carries out regular inspections to ensure staff are working as required and clients/ families are happy with the care delivered.
We listen to the clients and their loved one and always seek their reviews/ feedback for us to be able to continue to improve as a service. We are proactive and responsive and respond to clients/ family concerns in a timely manner.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure we and adequate supply of personal protective equipment to protect service users and staff.
We strongly emphasise to our staff on the importance of ensuring steps are taking to minimise risks of infections being spread, while also training our staff on infection control and prevention so they are up to date with current guidelines/ requirements.
