Training
We offer training on a wide variety of business-related and personal development topics. Sales, marketing, planning, team development, employee engagement, and much more. We run open courses for anyone to attend and we also run in-house bespoke courses for any number of participants. Unusually we guarantee every session, literally if you're not happy with the training for any reason, pay us what you think it was worth or nothing at all. We believe that offering this guarantee is a win:win because you can't lose and we KNOW we have to deliver excellent results every time!
Group Coaching (for owners of small businesses)
Group coaching, online or in-person, is a great way for smaller businesses from 1 to 5 staff to gain the knowledge and work on implementing growth strategies in an affordable way. A group will run for 12-24 months with sessions every two weeks. You pay monthly and there's no lock-in, we believe you should continue because you're getting value, not because you're locked-in
1-to-1 Business Coaching
Aimed at the owner(s) or senior manager(s) of a business typically employing 5 to 250 staff, we guarantee to help you improve your business results, and to improve personally in your knowledge and results. We work with you on a personal basis, usually via Zoom/teams for your convenience, meeting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
In addition, we guide you through an Annual strategy planning session for a full day, and through a full-day quarterly planning session every quarter. The regular coaching sessions then focus you on implementing the plans to achieve your goals.
You have access to your coach anytime needed, within reason, between sessions via phone, email or message so that you can deal with issues as and when they arise. We don't charge for time, we do what's needed to get the agreed results, all for a fixed monthly investment.
There's no lock-in period - our clients work with us often for many years because they continue to see a healthy return on the investment and we guarantee the results.
Initial consultations are free, we only if and when we both agree we can help and want to work with each other.
Executive Coaching
Aimed at senior Managers and Directors in larger businesses, Exec Coaching typically works on one or more of three areas:
1) Performance improvement - if someone's not hitting their targets (in whatever way that target is measured), we will help the exec to understand what's necessary to be consistently hitting target. This typically can last between 1-6 months. If it looks as if it will take longer... it's probably not economically viable and we'll so so.
2) Behaviour change - this can cover a multitude of things and is often about helping someone you really want to keep in the company to improve behaviours such as better communication, time management, reliability, and much more. This type of engagement, after an initial assessment of the situation, will be 3-9 months but can sometimes be ongoing if the ROI benefits continue to be gained. And sometimes the initial free conversation is sufficient to recommend the way forward without paying us a penny!
3) Leadership coaching - this usually applies to the CEO or a divisional CEO or similar who has already achieved a significant level of seniority but is determined to continue learning and self-improvement. Those committed to lifelong learning and who believe you can never know everything will often engage an executive coach and work with them for many years.
Initial consultations are free. We only charge if we mutually agree that we can meet certain criteria and wish to proceed. Discussions are, of course, entirely confidential.
