I've been appointed to act on behalf of both building and adjoining owners in relation to a verity of Neighbourly Matters, including advising on design concepts in relation to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, the preparation of party wall notices/awards and scaffold/access licences required to facilitate a large number of projects including demolition, alterations, refurbishment and new build schemes.
