We're really happy with the work from Jamie at AC@Home. Really quick to reply to emails and calls and even came the next day to quote for an AC unit in our loft conversion. Happy with the communication and the price (they quote for all in, no sneaky extras!) and booked in. Delivery and install completed on time and day promised. Product is far superior to any we've experienced whilst abroad, almost silent running in normal mode and comes with a 'quiet' option. Very efficient cooling.
Since we had the loft conversion 3 years ago every time it's got a bit hot (which is becoming more frequent!) it's been a nightmare to sleep, we also work night shifts so need to be able to sleep during the summer with windows and curtains closed. Our initial meeting with Jamie from AC@Hone was excellent. He is a very friendly and helpful young man. He suggested the best unit for us and looked at all avenues as to where the outside unit could be placed before coming to an agreed position.
A date was set as to when the AC could be fitted but on his return to "duary" he 'phoned and offered an earlier date
As yet , we are waiting for the fitting. We are unable to give a full 5 stars until the unit is fitted and working but we feel that due to Jamie's knowledge and helpful attitude we wl be able to upgrade to 5 STARS More...

Shortly after posting my job request, AC@Home got in contact with me via mobile and organized a free survey the very next day! They had to endure a 1.5-hour trip through traffic, but they followed through and arrived, before giving a thorough inspection of the property and proposed work.

I was really happy with what I was showed, and the final quote was far more affordable than I was anticipating; leading me to agree to the work on the spot! Just a little over a week later, the air conditioning units arrived and installation was done the next day - no issues and finished my loft installation in just a couple of hours. After showing me a quick demo, tips on energy saving, and explaining the warranty/servicing options, it was all done and dusted!

The AC unit itself is impressive, and is doing an incredible job of keeping me cool in my loft conversion! There wasn't a single fault from start to finish, so I can without a doubt recommend these guys for anyone looking for an Air Conditioning solution for their homes! More...

Bit of a mixed bag when I used them in February 2020. They were very helpful and accommodating with my requirements though I felt that their knowledge of the latest a/c units was lacking. Installation was quick and efficient but the installers they used were surly and did leave some mess (mainly due to my cavity wall insulation leaking out). The units work well and I have had no problems at all.

I did not get a chance to raise these issues with the company at the time as, just after installation, the world went pandemic nuts. I imagine these things would have bean dealt with. More...
