What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people move from confusion or overwhelm to clarity and focus, with clear plans, simple processes and manageable measures to track progress. I gain a huge amount of satisfaction from helping people succeed, in their business / organisation, but also with balance in their lives.
I never write reports telling people what to do. I love helping people actually make the changes they need to make.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent 15 years in management consultancy with PwC/IBM, I wanted to have more freedom and control in my life, especially with a young family. I also wanted to work with people in a way which not only gives them success in their business / organisation, but which also gives them fulfilment, satisfaction and balance in their lives.
I have a broad range of experience which enables me to help in a holistic way, really tackling the cause of problems.

I have a business head and a heart of gold. I work with you (and staff if appropriate), getting to know you as a person and what style and approach works best for you. Businesses succeed because the people succeed. I am creative and work with you to find the best solutions for you and your business. I won't just pull out a standard method. I have a huge number of tools and techniques at my disposal, and also coaching skills.
