I have been really worrying about my mum needing care and she was refusing to go into a care home, I then came across Access Care who provide live in carers, which was new to me, they put me to ease with everything they found my mum a lovely carer and got them with her with in 24 hours! Access Care helped provide regular carers for my Mother with Dementia. The process was so simple and the office staff couldn't have been more helpful. What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a family business. Started in 1994 by Judie who couldn't find the care at home she wanted for her own father.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are real. We are honest. We are friendly. We are here to help find a solution for you that works in terms of both the service you require and the budget you have.

We are able to help you over the phone and using email (if you have it) for sure. We send profiles of Carers for you to chose from.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We don't meet our customers in person but our wonderful Carers do of course. We will work with you so you feel safe and secure and let you know how the Carers are helping to keep you safe.
Live-in Care/Companionship/Housekeeping
We have a team of wonderful people registered with us all of whom are professionally trained and experts in their respective fields. Ranging from Companions through to Carers for the most complex of needs and end of life, our team support you at home.
