I’ve been a part of Redz since I was about 11 years old, starting as a performer and then becoming a coach there, and now I’ve competed a BA in Musical Theatre and am currently studying an MA in Actor Musicianship at drama school in London. Without all that Redz and it’s family have done for me, I wouldn’t have the skills and the confidence I now have to be able to be where I am, auditioning and simply enjoying what I do for a career every day! I have run two workshops for Redz where we have worked on Ballet Technique, Contemporary and Creative Dance, Lyrical routines amongst other things and I have so enjoyed them. Brilliant. Every workman was highly skilled from lintel replacement to windows and doors replacement. They were quick, incredibly efficient and very curteous. excellent evening and short courses taught by real working artists. sometimes course strays from outline given quite significantly, sometimes a little disorganised in places, but Ive rolled with it and enjoyed for many years.

Had my kitchen window replaced and also 2 windows on the side of the entrance porch. I was a bit apprehensive about the tiles of the kitchen being damaged in the process. We had some French Doors installed and I can thoroughly recommend Academy. The job was 1st class, and they maximised the door opening to nearly 180 degrees which is what we requested. I only wish we had our windows installed by them a few years ago, rather than another local company who thoroughly let us down from start to finish.The quality of workmanship was very high on the French Doors and the fitters were very professional in their approach and attitude. We are very pleased with our replacement conservatory and the use of the Pilkington Activ Solar easy cleaning glass in the roof has transformed what was a conservatory that was cold in winter and too hot in summer into one that is light and airy and comfortable even in full sun. The fitters were very good and showed a lot of initiative when tackling problems especially with the awkward roof line. I have recently had 7 windows and 2 Doors fitted and would like to thank Academy and there staff for an excellent experience. The salesman was not pushy which was something I was expecting he offered some good advise on reducing the sound from the trains near our home and the price was competitive so I decided to place the order.It has all been dealt with in a very professional manner and we are delighted with the outcome.I would highly recommend them. As a Buyer by trade I am difficult to impress, but Academy have succeeded at every stage.From the Initial greeting at the showroom, through to the home visit quote, the Sales experience was detailed, thorough and non pushy. .. The agent took time to listen to what we wanted and quoted us accordingly.Secondly, and sometimes where the experience can go slightly arwy after the initial sales experience, is the actual construction and installation phase. Not so with Academy.. All of the various teams were; Professional, Approachable, Friendly and tidied up well. They were also punctual and answered any questions we had along the way. I rarely write reviews, but felt that this particular experience warranted the extra effort. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to Academy for further home improvements and would extend this recommendation to anyone considering using Academy. Well done to the whole team. Having had a front door fitted by Academy last year decided to go with them for the backdoor. We are very pleased with door and the whole experience, from going into the showroom to the door being fitted. There was no hassle, no having to chase up. Surveyor, fitter all came as expected and at the times agreed. Fitter was very efficient, cleaned up after him and very pleasant. Have no negative feedback.
