I have worked in care for over 10 years, I have been with In-home care since April and I can honestly say that I am the happiest I have ever been in any job role. I am the care coordinator for the Chichester branch and everyone in all areas have made me feel welcome and part of the in-home care family. Until recently I was lucky enough to be a full time mum while living abroad. But back in the Uk and with the kids out of school, I wanted to return to work but to do something reasonably flexible/part time with job satisfaction. Being a carer has been a brilliant fit for me and I am thoroughly enjoying my new role. I had never done anything like this before but In Home Care provided good training and continues to provide good support and it is great to continue to learn new things all the time - being middle-aged has definitely not been a problem and is certainly an asset in many ways. I would really really recommend in home care, I joined as a senior and can honestly say I have never worked with a company that support and help there staff as much as in home care. There care and compassion for their clients is outstanding and they always go the extra mile. The staff support and help each other, everyone jumped in to help each other. I moved to Haslemere 2 years ago. I am semi-retired and had no previous care experience. I walked into the office of In Home Care in Haslemere one afternoon back in April, just to make enquiries about becoming a carer. I was immediately struck by the very warm and friendly welcome I received. I completed my application and then at the beginning of May attended a week of excellent (and enjoyable) training in Chichester. From there, I did several shadowing calls with other carers, all of whom were so helpful and encouraging to me, but also so dedicated to the wellbeing of their clients. So then, time to "go it alone", but I needn't have worried as the help and support provided by In Home Care is second to none. Always there if you have any concerns. The working hours are very flexible and well paid. I have honestly met so many lovely people over the last two months - Seniors, Carers and, of course, our clients. There is real team/family spirit at In Home Care and everybody's aim is to provide the best possible care to our clients. I find it a privilege. I am so glad I walked into that office on that April afternoon. I absolutely love this job. It is so rewarding to be able to give assistance to our lovely clients in their own homes. Worked for In Home Care for almost a year, due to go on maternity leave in a month. I have the most supportive manager, care coordinator, seniors, office staff and carers I think I could ever ask for. Even before falling pregnant the support and flexibility has always been there! I have been working for In Home Care for five and a half years
as an Administrator and love everything about my role.

The Directors of the company are brilliant, they are always there if you need them and the Management team they have in place are always there to support you. I cannot fault them.

I feel very proud and lucky to be part of such a fantastic team, we have amazing carers and office staff.

I've worked for inhome care for over a year now and I can honestly say I love my job. I have never worked for a company who is so supportive in helping you reach your goals and helping you grow! We are really happy with Dacorum In-Home Care services and highly recommend them. They were able to take our mum on at short-notice when we really needed a reliable care agency.
Their level of care is excellent and the carers are well trained, kind and considerate and able to cater for all mum's needs. She always looks forward to seeing them. They have been flexible with the times and number of visits we require which suits our family set up perfectly and their time keeping is great.
