I called several companies to purchase a flagpole and flag. I Spoke to all of the companies and awaited their quotes. I wanted aboutflags to be my lowest quote because Marylin was not rushed to get off of the phone and answered ALL of my questions and I didn't buy anything from her yet! I was so impressed about how much she knew and helpful she was. I got my quotes back and she was maybe $100 or $200 different from the rest. She followed up on her quote, unlike the rest of the suppliers, and made she I had no additional questions. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life and I KNOW the value of good quality customer service. That little bit of difference in price meant NOTHING to me! Her customer service was worth so much more than that. I even called after my product arrived and she was still helpful and full of information. Fantastic company with helpful owner and staff. Works with my group very well on any custom design layouts and provides quality products that survive through severe weather conditions and season changes.
