Abul was very responsive during the whole process from providing a reasonable quote to fitting the boiler we requested. He also followed up afterwards, which was very nice.
He was not there on the day of our boiler fitting, which was a shame as I chose him because of his professional approach.
We had 3 gas engineers on the day with various levels of knowledge and experience. There were some issues that kept creeping up. However, the staff called Abul and he assisted over the phone.

I had an initial video call with Abul to identify leaks within the boiler. The next day he came out with a part to fix it. My boiler was 16 years old and had various faults, so we decided to replace it.

He returned the next day and fitted a new boiler. The job was neat and quick.

Called Abakas late morning on Saturday as my boiler developed a major leak. Was not happy, cause the plumbers arrived very late and doing the job to fast, because didn't check properly and when they leave the water was running from the pipe whole night and I have to call in the morning to question why water still running. I asked to arrive early not in the evening when everyone finish work at this time after 5pm.Also didn't want to remove old boiler when new one replaced, which is ridiculous. Also is not provided invoice which I need to show for building association. The plumber show one metal pipe and asked to pay by cash, but when leave I found out he took with him back ,he didn't use,cash wasn't given back. Placed an ad late afternoon yesterday and within 30 minutes or less I had a call from Abdul having seen the task and pictures I posted to have flue replaced after NG switched off our boiler and needed urgent attention. I came round this morning, bought the parts and it didn’t take him long to replace old leaking flue and boiler back on. Abdul and his colleague were quick to reply to my post and very quick to come to our place, but in the end we were an extra job that they were trying to make some quick cash on rather than providing us with some solid plumbing support.

Unfortunately, we had to ask them to stop working on our project and they’ve left us in a much worse situation than we started in—which includes breaking the display panel on our boiler. Abdul was nice and friendly and connected a new washing machine at the end of Feb, but through that, he disturbed the old connection and it started slowly dripping. This was not noticed until now when the under-sink cupboard started to disintegrate. I emailed Abdul and he came out the next day and repaired the drip however he refused to accept any responsibility for the drip and that it was him who could have caused it. Just had Abakas plumbing and heating managed to restore my heating which was down for 2 days, great service, fast efficient and reliable

They promised come on the morning of Tuesday saying "coming soon", then arrived at almost 8pm -- so late that I first suspect they are not for the boiler. Their work was swift, and fixed a problem in the boiler in a short while, promising everything is ok when I asked if radiators were to be checked as well. Then on the next afternoon, I found the pressure dropped from 1.4 to 0.4. The same thing happened the next day. I messaged them, called them, who promised to come on Saturday, but now it is Tuesday and still no one comes. Now I doubt the authenticity of all the comments of prompt arrival.
