What do you love most about your job?
It is a privilege to help clients overcome their issues, as the level of trust they give to you is amazing. Counselling really gives you faith in the human spirit, as you watch and help people overcome their issues. Doing so shows the client's courage, strength and resilience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to help others, using an intervention which is highly effective and benefits both the client and all the people around them.
Why should our clients choose you?
Abacus offers high quality, trusted therapy from experienced counsellors, which is as financially and geographically accessible as possible. We have a board of trustees who monitors the work of the charity, to ensure the service is meeting the needs of the community. We are a dedicated and motivated team who will do all they can to help.
