Aaron was fantastic from start to finish. We planned our wedding in 6 months and we knew from meeting Aaron we wanted him to capture our day for us. We booked an engagement shoot as we hadn't been shot professionally before, Aaron really made us feel more relaxed and had a great laugh with the photoshoot, it was in 30 degree heat too and the effort he went through for us was amazing. Before the day we filled in his online form for what we wanted and this took any pressure off the day asking for various photos. On the day Aaron was brilliant, he was there at the start of the day with the bridal party and getting everything set up, during the ceremony and reception Aaron got some amazing shots but we did hut even realise he was there taking them. For the formal photos Aaron organised the group shots and some individual ones so we'll, had a great sense of humour and had a laugh with everyone there. Many of our guests came up to pay him compliments. My grandma had been in hospital and was set to miss the day. We made arrangements to go and see her after the breakfast and Aaron was fantastic to take us down there and photograph us at the hospital. I would highly recommend Aaron. Me and my wife planned our wedding in 6 months, finding a photographer was a high priority. After meeting Aaron we both knew straight away we had to hire him. He made us feel very welcome and at ease, showed us his work at many different venues, some truly great shots. Neither of us had been in a photoshoot before so we booked an engagement shoot too and that helped greatly, Aaron wnet above and beyond to get some great photos, we had a good laugh and really enjoyed his shooting style. The online questionnaire really helps too as you don't have to worry about arranging it on your wedding day. On the day Aaron took some amazing photos we didn't even realised we're being taken, from getting ready all the way to reception, always professional and a sense of humour to keep you at ease. It is worth noting that Aaron went above and beyond for us, my grandma was ill in hospital and couldn't make the day, so after arranging with relevant people, Aaron drove us both and my grandad to the hospital to share the day with her and got some amazing photos, she really appreciated it. We honestly could not reccomended Aaron enough! Not a single negative word to be said. He was so amazing with us, especially how unphotogentic we are and how uncomfortable we initially were inr front of the camera. That all disappeared straight away. He made us feel so comfortable and it just seemed so easy. Extremely professional and nothing seemed to phase him, he was very organised and very good at keeping in touch and doing exactly what we wanted. We have just received our wedding photos from Aaron Russell Photography and they are seriously impressive! We are both over the moon with all of the pictures and the way that Aaron captured our day.

From the very beginning, Aaron has been nothing but professional and has given us everything that he has. From our first meeting with him, through to our engagement shoot, the big day and the day we received our photographs we have been mind-blown by his work.

The engagement shoot that Aaron provides is such an ice-breaker. It really helps you to get to know him and relaxes you in front of the camera. It certainly made a huge difference for us on the day as we could get straight into position and smile for the camera without feeling anxious! And the biggest bonus is that you get some beautiful pictures before your wedding day!!

On our wedding day, Aaron was so organised even though he was running around all day! You can't believe all of the angles he captures on his own. He was very friendly, even with the guests which really helps to relax them for the formal photographs too. He spent over 12 hours with us on our big day which means we get to see every moment through the pictures, even those special moments we missed at the time!

Aaron came to visit us to hand deliver our photos which was really nice. Overall we have 700 photos and they are all magnificent! We are still in awe at the talent Aaron has and the way it is reflected in our pictures. The quality of the photos are stunning and we get to re-live our special day over and over again.

Wow! That's where I start with Aaron! Amazing photographer is an understatement for this very talented man. We were fortunate enough to get Aaron as our wedding photographer and that's one of the best choices we made. He was extremely professional and constantly worked so hard to capture all the best moments. We have just received the photos from our wedding day and we are simply blown away by the beautiful images Aaron has managed to capture!

When we first sat down with Aaron and looked through his lovely wedding albums, his enthusiasm and friendliness was really apparent and we knew he was the photographer for us before he had even left our house. He was so professional and easy to chat with and he was only a phone call away if we had any questions.

The engagement shoot was a fantastic way to get to know each other before the big day and we had a lot of fun in the process. The shoot was at our wedding venue which was a wonderful way to capture some lovely images that could hopefully be recreated on the day itself. When we received our photos from this day we were so pleased with the photos and it made us even more excited about the photos Aaron would capture on the big day.

On the wedding day itself, we couldn’t have asked for more from Aaron who was not only professional and organised but friendly and approachable too which was great for our guests who all mentioned how nice he was. His passion and enthusiasm really bubbled to the surface and it’s lovely to see how much he truly enjoys his job. His good humour also helped, especially with some of the more camera-shy guests.

Aaron really helped to make the day run smoothly from our early morning start at the salon for hair and makeup right through to the DJ set well into the evening. Aaron you are amazing!

First and foremost what an absolute pleasure it was to have Aaron to capture our day! A huge thank you to our amazing wedding photographer Aaron. The moments you captured were truly magical and we couldn’t be happier. From our first introduction Aaron made us feel nothing but comfortable and relaxed. After our initial chat he was able determine the type of photographs we were after. The outcome was above and beyond anything we could of imagined.As many girls will understand, being pictured without make up and in your dressing gown isn’t ideal, however, Aaron captured the most beautiful pictures which show our excitement of getting ready for the big day. Aaron is a true professional! He was passionate about getting it just right for us. One of the best decisions we made was to have Aaron to spend our wedding day with us!!
After countless exhausting wedding fayres and photographers with no enthusiasm for their own photography, we gave up looking.
Then we came across Aaron as a recommendation. We contacted Aaron himself and he arranged to come and see us in our home. From the moment we met him we got such a good vibe. He made us feel at ease with his warming prescence.
Aaron brought some of his previous work for us to look at, needless to say we were very impressed. We were very nervous to make a decision as one of the biggest jobs of your wedding day is letting someone capture your special moments.
You have one day and one shot to get it all right ... And yes he did!! Aaron listened to exactly what we wanted, natural shots. We didnt even notice he was there half of the time, which was nice to have so many special moments captured without a camera in our face all day.
Aaron went above and beyond to capture unique photos, all of our guests complimented on how he couldnt do enough to be more pleasant and welcoming with being involved.
We have recently had our photos back, they did not dissapoint. We have had memories captured perfectly, photos of family, friends, the wedding venue, which will last us a lifetime and more.
We are totally wowed by how many we have receieved and how hard its now going to be to decide on which photos we want for our album.
If we could have our wedding day again, we would choose Aaron everytime. For every wedding we will now attend, Aaron will be the first person that will be recommended over and over again.

Aaron is very passionate about his work and this shows in the quality of his photos. When we first met Aaron in our home, we were amazed by his previous work and his friendly manner so hired him straight away! Leading up to the wedding, Aaron was very approachable and responded quickly to our enquiries. On our big day, he worked flat out and contended brilliantly with the British weather. My wife and I got married on December 22nd 2016, and life has been hectic since, hence our delayed review! We met with Aaron on a couple of occasions before our wedding day, but from the very first meeting we knew he was the photographer for us. Right from the start of our 'big day' (an early 7:00am start) until after our first dance (he left after 9:00pm), Aaron captured around fourteen hours of wonderful memories that we will treasure forever. Our guests commented during and after the wedding on how friendly he was and how comfortable they felt in his presence. He was in no way intrusive and his vision of how to capture everything we could have wished for was delivered in a wonderfully presented box and USB stick, just in time to help us with our post-wedding blues. It was a freezing cold but beautiful winters day, and Aaron did a wonderful job at capturing everything just as we wanted, especially the sun setting behind us. We had a big list of family group photographs and he was great at keeping everyone organised with help from our ushers. We would recommend Aaron to anybody who was looking for a wedding photographer who will listen to what you want as well as use their skills and incredibly impressive camera equipment and lighting, to provide you with the absolute best memories you will never tire of looking at. Perfect pictures to cherish for a lifetime. We cannot thank Aaron enough for all that he did for us on our big day and every day running up to it. Communication was speedy and helpful from the first enquiry even to this day. Anybody who is getting married knows that it is really important you have "suppliers" who put you first and are always there when you need them. Communicating with Aaron was effortless and we couldn't thank him more for that. The engagement photoshoot was a brilliant icebreaker and we have some fabulous photos from that session alone. Our wedding photographs are amazing. We love them all and when the day finally comes to sit down and create an album we will be stuck for choice!
