Hired these brothers for the 2nd time, as the quality of their service is brilliant. Everything that they provided was top standard, from the marquee to the dessert table, photobooth, paan table. Every single one of the guests complimented the designs and their hardwork. If anybody is looking to hire event organisers for their weddings then I 100% recommend Elegant Moments for great service, the range of things they offer and their wicked prices. Impeccable service and communication from Aftab and Adil. We contacted Aftab two weeks before my event after a let down from another company. Our vision for a wedding stage was very specific and out of the box, and completing it within the time frame was not going to be an easy feat. However Aftab sat with us and discussed in great length the possibilities and offered his own ideas, which we were very happy and grateful for. From the first moment of contact with them, to delivery, and post event, the communication has been nothing short of outstanding; something which from a customers point of view is a great indicator for reliability. This company without a doubt is amazing. We hired them for a Mehndi Stage and Desserts Table and they delivered beyond our expectations. They have a variety of packages to choose from. The whole process of choosing which package we wanted, any editions or changes were done very easily. They were easily accessible and answered any queries we had very fast.They were so accommodating and helpful: before the event by coming to our house, at the event with the extra help and guidance they gave to the family who was setting up the rest of the hall and for being patient at the end during family photos and respecting it was a girls only event (This was a big deal as most attendees wear hijab and abayas so it made us and the guests more comfortable). We were after a very specific design for our stage and rang around literally everywhere to get it. We came across Elegant Moments who gave us the best advice. As we wanted a very unique design we were a bit apprehensive but I can honestly say it was for nothing as these guys exceeded our expectations.
