Concepts
We can produce concept plans to start discussion for pre-apps, costing, viability etc. This can be produced to many different standards such as photo-realistic, coloured, black and white. Traditional to contemporary we can bring your vision to life.
Planning Schemes
We can create full and rich planning packages, from Outline Application and Permitted Development to Reserved Matter and Full Applications; to inform the public and Council, displaying the scheme in it's best light to avoid uncertainty. Our aim is to bring the project vision to life, assuring all parties the benefit of the scheme whilst working toward that approval.
Feasibilities
Looking to maximise your land but not sure where to start? We will work through your requirements to comply with planning/council standards to achieve the desired scheme. If viable, we can then take it to the next stage which would either be a Reserved Matter or Full Planning application.
Building Regulations
We provide construction drawings also known as working drawings. All plans will be complaint to the latest building regulation standard. We also offer support and assistance throughout the building control process.
Proposals
As we conduct building surveys, we can see the opportunities that are available to the maximise the building, such as additional floors, property splits etc.
Conversions
Looking to change the use of a property and get the most out of it? We work with an existing space and utilise the planning system to achieve what you are looking for, creating great and comfortable spaces.
Extensions
Looking to maximise your home and create your dream space? We will be working closely to achieve your vision, whilst also applying the planning knowledge on how to get it approved for example, utilising Permitted Development Rights.
Full Plans
Whilst conducting a site visit we can pick any additional information as required, creating a full detailed plan for the property. We will produce for you sectional heights ranging to full elevations.
CGI
We can provide photo realistic CGI visuals, these can be used at any stage from helping to capture the initial discussion or bring the vision to life during the planning process - all the way to sale brochures and marketing.
Site Survey
We conduct site surveys over all sectors from industrial, retail, commercial and domestic. Our measured plans can be used for a range of processes; such as lease plans, proposals, unit split etc.
