Hired team for an end of tenancy flat clean. Poor service, avoid. The cleaning team arrived more than 2 hours late, and did nothing but make a mess in the flat. On top of everything else, they left the property unattended open so that anyone could walk in. I have sent an email requesting a full refund as per the website advert 100%satifaction with a money-back guarantee. Also, considering reporting the company to the trading standards Ombudsman. I had been recommended this company by a friend who has regular cleaning service, I must say that I am very impressed with the attention to detail shown by the cleaners, the booking was estimated to take 4 hours with 2 people, my place was in a bad state I had been ill for a while which meant I had not been able to keep up with the cleanliness of the home, this being said the team stayed for over 5 hours and did not charge me for the extra time taken. What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many the inspiration to was to start a company that could grow and provide the best service out there, We started off as a small family run business which has now expanded into a large full operating limited company which was also the idea behind A1 cleaning, what inspired us the most was finding many cleaning service didn't offer diversity and flexibility within the services, with us we have wide range of packages to choose from cause lets face it not all properties are the same this way we can tailor each clean to the needs of customer. We offer flexible booking time with teams on hand 24 hours so no booking is too much trouble for us. We wanted to create a company that customer based that we offer guarantees on all our services and do follows up with our all customers.

We provide all types of end of tenancy cleans from property that need a once over to ensure you can receive your deposit back to properties where the tenant havent maintained your premises. All our end of tenancies cleans include oven and fridge/ freezer cleaning, For our end of tenancy they will be entire clean of property from top to toe covering all aspects to ensure the property is the best standard ready for market, or the next tenants.
