The service provided is beyond professional in that the people actually seem to have a heart! I have dealt with a few other rental companies here -- cityred, samara -- and I can assure you that these are the nicest guys available when it comes to finding accommodation and/or listening and trying to work out solutions to any housing problems that you might have.
I was in a very difficult situation because my lease is running out soon and the friend whom I want to rent with is in China -- plus I don't like signing for long term in case I don't like the place (or paying in a lump sum). This being August, most 2 bedroom properties have been rented out, and I can't rent a 3 bedroom (can't afford to, and a third friend can't commit). I didn't have to search for a property to suit my needs -- they did it for me. I would like to commend Hendrie again for his service -- as he took the time to talk to me even though office hours were over. I found a houseshare that I liked and settled for. Moreover they reserved a room for my friend who is in China so that we don't end up in an awkward situation where I have a room and he doesn't.
What I particularly appreciate is the treatment of you as a person with your individual needs and wants -- not merely a cashcow from whom they are trying to extract money from. For international students: you can pay monthly without a UK guarantor: this is a very important point and I hope that you take note. I appreciate the customer goodwill that all their actions imply -- it's nice to be treated as though you have some integrity.

What do you love most about your job?
Bringing tenants and landlords together! Job satisfaction at its best when you are able to find tenants their perfect home whilst at the same time provide our lovely landlords with great tenants.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a landlord myself with a growing family I enjoy the flexibility of being my 'own boss' but also have first hand knowledge of what kind of service property owners expect from their letting agents. Most importantly though I enjoy coming to work everyday and feel this is reflected in the way we treat our landlords and tenants.
