How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Some one can normally tell if the garage is worth converting as long as it is structural sound and of a descent size also any issue for planning

Remove and block up garage entrance leaving opening for window and materials entrance make good flooring may need damp proofing walls up electrical works done insulation tacking plastering 2nd fix
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Normally height and position of new staircase can be a issue
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Scaffolding erected then skips delivered , normally floor joists and any steels fitted into areas before roof removal . Then roof converted into loft , tiling and flat roof done where applicable ,windows fitted to make water tight .new staircase if needed
Electric and plumbing and internal walls fitted .floors laid then insulation,tacking and plastering on completion 2nd fix ie new fire doors skirting etc once finished part p electrical certification and building works signed off in stages ie structural then insulation and last one completion

Being my own boss also working for other firms which relied to much on me for my knowledge
