What an amazing and reliable company, I’ve been looking for someone to come out and deep clean my house for months but everyone that I’ve hired just was not up to standard. I’m so happy to work with these amazing ladies as they really know what they are doing. They are also so polite and willing which makes the experience even better. No task is to big for them they literally go above and beyond which is what I love about them. My house my office area everything is spotless and smells so fresh. I was quoted £15 an hour for 4 hour minimum. When they came they said cause it is two of us it is £60 for two hours.
They need to be up front and say it is £30 an hour, not £15.
Also I found that one of the ladies worked really hard cleaning the kitchen
Where as the other lady was in the lounge all she needed to do was dust and vacuum and mop, it was a small lounge with not a lot of things in it. After 45min she was still dusting slowly and hadn't started vacuuming or mopping. I suggested it should not take longer than one hour to do the lounge, she speed up.
They did a through job especially the lady doing the kitchen....and I give her five stars as she did a lot.
The other lady was doing things slowly.
Would I recommend again? Yes I would for the through job but If believe if they see that a job will not take the length of time paid for they may do parts of the job slowly.
