What do you love most about your job?
Once a job has been completed correctly and you see that the customer is pleased and happy with the outcome then that's probably the most satisfying part, aswell as constantly gaining knowledge about the industry I've worked in my entire life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to help people with the services that we provide and seeing the customers happy at the end of the job. Also it's always been a dream to be my own boss!

Due to the nature of the work it is very difficult to offer remote services, however in some circumstances we can offer online information via email or verbal advice over the phone on some situations. For example, a boiler breakdown, diagnostics advice on general small repairs or on some occasions we can give guideline prices over the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We practise social distancing, fully equipped with PPE, we've all received our 1st + 2nd jabs and would never wish to endanger anyone.
