This highly depends on the project.

Initially, we need to understand the scope of work, timelines and the budgetary constraints.

We also want to understand the customer environment, usually down to the technical nuts and bolts. For some customers, this might be challenging to answer the fine details, so we're always happy assist in this step if applicable.

Finally, we really want to know what the business impacts are for a customer. We want to understand whether any of our work will have a negative impact (such as down time) during deployment, or whether a customer is expecting a positive impact on revenue once the work is complete. This way we can plan and optimise for the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Working with people and solving business problems.

As former IT services employees, we witnessed first-hand the mismanagement of customers by IT companies. We were regularly confronted with the reality that IT businesses would oversell, botch-up projects and treat staff with contempt.

We are convinced that things can be different, and it seems to be working. Our customers are confident in our approach and for us, that is the biggest compliment possible.

We cut the jargon, from conception to billing, we make things as easy to understand as possible.

We won't sell you a solution you don't need and we try to appropriately scale solutions to your requirements.

We absolutely provide services remotely and actively encourage doing so when possible.

We work remotely and we wear masks when applicable.
