The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The guy who greeted my on arrival was friendly and informative. I was shown a short video presentation on what to expect from the experience which showed me what to expect. After this I went and got changed and ready for my cryotherapy session. He talked me through the whole session which was great as he was telling me what was happening and how long I had left and what to expect. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I couldn’t fault this experience with him. After I was done he helped me set up my next sessions for treatment plan. He set all this up for me and also booked other services I wanted to try for me. I payed for my other treatment package that I wanted and I left him my requirements as to when I could fit in the various sessions. By the time I got home I had the emails waiting for me with my next two cryotherapy sessions all booked for when I had requested and also the information and booking for the other package I had purchased while there. Wow!! I went for my first float session today. Firstly, the welcome you get is warm and friendly. Everything was explained very clearly so I knew exactly what to do. The hour I had in the tank was amazing!! So relaxing. Words really can’t describe all the sensations your body feels. I actually fell asleep, I was that chilled out. This was my first time at Cryo Health and my first experience using a cryo chamber. Wow! The whole experience was brilliant. From the moment I arrived I felt I was in the company of true professionals. Dan and Dave made me feel most comfortable with the process I was about to undertake, giving me very detailed information about the many benefits of using the cryotherapy chamber. Dave talked to me throughout the 3 min treatment to ensure my well being. So how was it? Did I feel any benefits? Absolutely! The treatment itself (3 min @ -150 degrees) was, of course, chilly, but bearable as it is a dry cold. When the treatment was complete I was asked to walk around the fitness area to get the blood flowing. I felt absolutely great and really full of energy. I had my first cryo session yesterday, and was a little apprehensive; however Dave put me at ease completely, I was impressed at hs depth of knowledge and the level of professionalism. I had aching muscles from training and after the 3 minutes which flew by I felt completely invigorated, and also found that the aches in my hips had gone; from being hardly able to walk that evening my wife and I did a 5 mile round trip walk in to town. I have endometriosis and have been trying various treatments to help. I saw this online and thought I would give it a try. When I first went in everything was explained to me. I felt at ease and was happy with everything. It was a shock when I first went in having to get used to the cold. However I soon got used to it. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a full set of COVID 19 mitigation’s in place. our therapist will wear masks at all time, with the recent changes to the guidance clients have a personal choice of whether they would like to wear a mask.
We have hand sanitiser located throughout the building. Our therapists regular screen themselves via the use of Lateral Flow Tests to ensure client safety.
Our facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.
Whole Body Cryotherapy
Whole-Body Cryotherapy is an innovative treatment combined with cutting-edge technology to speed up recovery and re-energize the body. Treatments and are quick, painless and non-invasive.
